- “Kurungabaa” means “pelican” in the Dharawal language. These people's country was colonised by Europeans. It is now called the Illawarra region and is located on the New South Wales coast, Australia. They continue to inspire as they struggle for their country and rights.

For someone as detached from surfing as Brian Wilson was, I reckon his genius often perfectly captured the essence of the ocean and the mood of the times. Brian Wilson concerts these days are the goods – I think you can forget about the rest of them going through the motions.
