Woo hoo!
I still haven’t been able to get a copy yet, so maybe I’ll make a trip down south…
Received a couple today – the paper is very fine and needs careful handling – the editing and artwork are outstanding – there is much to read – Karen’s piece on MarkC memorable in every way.
Great! mine is in the post and I am slathering…
UPDATE
went to postbox, found large recycled envelope and ripped open to find the issue, still warm
oh yeah, the old newspaper-rag (read real surf mag, like they used to be) with a washed colour cover and full colour centre-spread
Maa-an – the centre-spread!!! Red Rupert has got it sooooo wrong.
Congrats to the collective team who did the lifting on this! Me, a latecomer – them, the goods.
LOVE the new format and Bec’s essay…
sweet, will pick one up from the Toppy.
Patiently waiting for the fine folks at the US Postal Service to deliver.
Taylor sent ‘em all. Shouldn’t be too far away, Nug.
Spend some (enforced) time without internet and you remember that nothing beats a story read in hard copy (even if that ‘hard’ copy is a little delicate). Definitely worth the wait. (And thanks Pete.)
